About MBT Surveys
With our extensive experience in the construction industry and having worked on literally hundreds of different kinds of buildings we have built up a wealth of expertise for any kind of project be it large scale commercial projects or small scale domestic surveys. We apply the same degree of accuracy necessary to provide you with the highest level of information possible. With offices based in both Surrey and East Sussex we now cover the whole of the Midlands and the whole of the South of England.

Our primary goal is always to provide a fast, accurate and highly competitive service, providing both measured building surveys and topographic survey information to the highest possible level of accuracy with a professional and friendly approach to every project.
Each member of our survey team is trained to undertake each aspect of the survey from initial site survey work right through to the completion of the final workings drawings in Autocad.
The site work is undertaken using the very latest Leica, reflector-less laser survey equipment which undergoes annual re-calibration to ensure we maintain the very high level of accuracy that is currently necessary in today’s modern commercial market.
The internal survey work is undertaken using a combination of both the Leica total survey station in conjunction with the more traditional method of hand measuring using a hand held laser and tape. This provides you with the extremely accurate and detailed survey information necessary for any new fit out project or major conversion scheme, providing a complete and comprehensive package of survey information.
Every aspect of the building survey would be picked up as a matter of course including all internal height information on floors, ramps and any changes of level internally, window and cill heights and location and size of any beams and bulkheads present. We also pick up all soil and vent pipes. Rain water goods and external cover levels together with invert depths, where the covers can be lifted manually, providing all of the necessary information for an architect of developer to use for any major works project.
